Yesterday, at around noon my boyfriend and I had gotten into a fight. It was silly, but it still left me feeling incredibly depressed so I just kind of stayed in bed. At around 2PM my body started to feel weak and about 30 minutes later my whole body was very sore and aching. I found it difficult to walk and it hurt so bad that the only way to keep my mind off of it was to keep moving (I guess "writhing" under the covers.) Later that night, aside from the body pains I started shivering even though the heater was on and I had the covers over me. Even later that night (around 9PM) it was reversed, my body still ached terribly, but I was sweating profusely.
I had difficulty sleeping and the only position that it didn't hurt to sleep in was completely straight on my back.
Now, this morning, my body still hurts a little and I sometimes still feel very hot. My throat is congested (but not sore). Did I stress myself out too much from the previous day? I can't seem to put my finger on what could have caused this.
