I feel inching pain in a localized upper portion of the chest, that is felt on the back also on the same location.

The symptom worses during the night when sleeping on the left arm side. The symptoms are lasting since last one & a half month. when walking no pain is observed.

Also I feel the pain when raises the left arm to a particular position.

What should I suspect ? can any one suggest what diagnosis to be done?
