I recently did some celebrating for somthing that included walking on indoor ice in shoes versus skating on ice in skates, then celebrating a lot until the early morning hours so I got a really bad cough. Then my family and I went on vacation and 2 nights before we left I went into an outrageous coughing fit and the left side of my chest immediatly started hurting. The next day it hurt even more and I felt the left side and then the right side and they felt different; on the left side there was space. This happened in earlyish to mid June and now it's early July and my rib still hurts. And without getting into too much detail, I have limitations on getting x-rayed etc. So, does anyone know how I can "self diagnose" a seperated rib? (Sorry for the lengthy story thing)
Thanks in advance.
