Hi everyone! My 3.5 year old contracted fifths disease a few days ago. She hasn't reached the point of the rash yet but I'm pretty sure it's fifths because it's going around the school and all the "cold-like symptoms" match up. It passed on to my 1.5 year old as well. Now I'm feeling as though I could be getting it. My questions are, I already have really bad joint pain on a daily basis that I treat by taking vitamin supplements, but I couldn't stand to go through even more of it, especially the way some of you described it above, is it inevitable that I'll get bad joint pain or is there anything anyone knows of to prevent it? Also, my best friend is 3 months pregnant and I haven't seen her in a few weeks, but do I need to stay away from her and if so, how long? I'd appreciate any advice! Thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
