When I was 12 I dislocated my knee cap and it's been playing up ever since but I've noticed over the years all my other joints have been getting a lot worse and I'm only 17. I've had numerous amounts of physio over the years but it just seems to make it worse. I have to crack my back out every 5 minutes otherwise I can't move and it aches and I can barely bend over without my hip popping out of place or crouch without my knee cap coming out. My elbows, wrists and ankles are the same but they just crack, for example when I'm walking up/down stairs. I'm due for a hospital appointment in a couple of weeks but I'm worried incase it's anything bad. Should I be concerned?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
