For about a week now I have been getting really bad muscle spasms in my legs.(mostly calfs) and in my arches. It seems to be worse at night when I am at rest and more on my right side of my body. Also, I am getting some pain with this. Can someone tell me what is happening???? I am a 33 year old female.

  • I've been getting exactly the same thing for about 6 months and sorry but I don't know why either. It can keep me awake for hours, twitching about every 30 seconds. I take calcium supps but they dont seem to help. Am going to doctor next week to see about it. I suspect it could be back related. Talk to u next week.:D

Hey, let me know what your Dr. has to say. I am interested to hear it. I heard it could be low calcium but the supplements didn't really work for me. Talk to oyou soon.

  • I'm trying to tell everyone about this new product that will stop the muscle spasms. I've been using it for a while after a friend told me about. She said it was to good to be true. I was doubtful but I tried it. It really worked fast and it lasted for quite a while. I really can't live without it now. You should try it you won't be disapointed. The only place to get it is the website and it's call cramp 911. Good luck

  • Sorry about delay in answering. Computer/internet been down for weeks. Went to doctor and he wasn't that concerned (surprise surprise!) about my jerking legs at night. Says it's prob just - restless leg syndrome - and its probably hereditary. Great help - not. Told me to try rubbing cramp cream onto legs. Will try and get product suggested by other thread - thanks for that. Cramp 911, sounds American is it?
