Im 28 years old I used to be active and used to exercise,now I am a weakling.My first symptoms that are of any relevance were a shortness of breath.I probly should quit smoking. Then a few months later I proggressivly got harder and harder to get out of bed to go to work.No matter how much I sleep I feel I havent slept at all.Some days were better than others.Its been about 7 months since I notice it now every day is a struggle to do anything.I lost my job,a gallon of milk is heavy.
