I have suffered with HKPP for 15 years and only have debilitating attacks 2 or 3 times a year where i wake up to find I'm unable to move hips/legs for a couple of hours. As the strength returns I find I am severely fatigued which leads to long periods of sleep for a day or two after the episode.
I find these symptoms are worse at times when i am under stress - is this commo?
