Well...I did a really silly thing,I was trying to get a guinnea pig out from under my chair and back to his cage.I decided to pick up the chair(lazy boy) to get it when I got a sudden jolt and excrutiating pain.I decided to lay down for a while,I still had difficult walking as putting pressure on my leg was hurting my back...later on I felt a bit better, untill I leant over to put something in my fridge and then I got the Jolt again and it started giving me more pain.I decided to got to the doc,She told me I probly torn a muscle and told me to put Ice on it and take some ibuprofen. It is a weeklater and everytime I turn araound ...my back keeps getting re injured, and evertime it feels worse....I can't get comfortable to sleep at night. Its not the spasms that bother me...its the constant pain and me not being able to do anything!!!! not a thing can I do! it hurts so bad....and everytime I feel a little better to get up and walk around and do stuff it gets re injured...could there be something else wrong? why is it that the least little action seems to make my back worse?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
