Horrible Bone Pain...

I started having bone pain a couple of years ago. It was not really anything at first, and I figured it was just that my muscles were sore since I work on a horse farm. But now it has started gettting worst, especially in my arms, fingers, knees, and legs. I have had other things going on as well, and have had no luck figuring out what is causing all of my symptoms.
The other issues I have are, migraines, bruises that come out of nowhere stay for a few weeks, don't hurt and go away, they are mostly on my legs and sometimes on my feet. I also get these weird rashes that show up and go away. They are kind of purple in color, and look as if it is under the skin. I get shaky in my hands, and thought it was maybe low or high blood sugar, and since my mom is a diabetic I was able to take my blood sugar when this was happening and it has been normal everytime. I also have severe fatigue, and absolutely no energy. And I am 21 years old so it strikes me as being pretty unusual.
I have seen a number of doctors and have had a lot of blood tests, two MRI's a CAT scan, an EEG, and a EKG as well as a sleep disturbance test all of which have come back normal! I am at a loss, and don't know where to turn or what to do next. I feel as if I am getting worst, and yet I have no idea what is wrong! PLease help me if you have any ideas!!
Thank you,
- Sammi
