Hi I am a 14 year old girl. Around three months ago I fell over and hit my hip. For a week or so after my fall I experienced no pain at all amd I had completely forgotten I had even fell, then I began to experience pain in my left hip everytime I moved a certain way. It is at a constant 2 on the pain scale, but when moving or walking it goes up in pain. The pain got worse a few weeks ago when in P.E I was doing lunges and my hip was agony. If i put the slightest pressure on it, it feels like the bone feels bruised. I know I am probably not making any sense but I am so confused, after what seemed like a minor fall, is my hip still meant to be this painful, should O see a doctor? . I am not overweight or had any previous joint problems and i am relatively fit. Any response would be much appreciated.

sorry if that made no sense so please try your best to respond

  • I was 14 when I had the same things happen. You could see your Doc & if he can't figure anything out, a massage therapist!!
