I just woke up in the middle of the night and tried to move legs my calves started to hurt and felt heavy. When I tried to get up from bed my calves started hurting even worse. I couldn't even walk because the pain was so bad. When I sit or not moving the pain goes away but when I am moving it hurts. I don't run but I do walk alot. There is no inflammation or swelling but my calves throbs. The pain started yesterday night and it still hurts today. I walk with a limp, now.
Can you guys tell me what I have and how to remove this pain?
