Please help if you can. I have seen three doctors for my knee pain and had an MRI which is normal. There has been no diagnosis but the pain is so severe that I cannot kneel. I fell about four years ago while hiking and landed in a kneeling position on my right knee. Since then I am unable to kneel without severe pain at the front of my knee/lower kneecap area. The pain is even aggravated by the pressure pants put on my bent knee so that I can't even ride a bicycle with long pants. Normal activities are fine with absolutely no pain and I can run/bike etc. as long as I avoid pressure on the front of the knee. Please help if you can as this is really affecting my quality of life and my career. Thanks!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
