In a soccer game I got kicked hard in the inside of my ankle...not on the bone but like behind it and it is tender there and up my leg a little but it is tender in like a line right behind the bone. There isnt really much swelling and I can walk fine...it only hurts to walk mainly when I get up from sitting or laying down etc or when I am running. I just want to know what I can do to ease the pain and if it sounds like anything I should go see a doctor for. :confused:
I play on two soccer teams and have soccer every night so its best if I can get over this as soon as possible!:)

  • Of course, I didn't recommend that she go back to racing so soon. But she was a teenager, and very determined. Rest is always best after an injury like that:) DOM
