Hi, Im new here but am at my wits end. For a year now I,ve had intermittent pain in the outside of my right wrist. It seems to come after I,ve used my hand alot. Mowing, weedeating ect. There seems to be swelling and severe pain if I bump the spot. Any thoughts on what this could be? I havent injured the wrist that I know of...help........Please.....

  • I'm not a doctor, but when you start getting the pains, put your wrist under warm, not hot, water.then what works for me is wrap it in a soft area. ( inbetween 2 pillows, wrap a blanket around the area, ect)and graduly (spelling incorrect) take your hand out and lay it on a pillow or arm rest. It could be arthritus, so ask your doctor. :) :D
