For the last two yesrs I have been suffering with severe and I mean like I can't move stiffness in my legs lower back and hips and knees I have severe weakness which affects my walking and am numb from the waist down I have bladder and bowel control I have had 3 mris of my lumbar and brain which were negative iv seen a neurologist and had two emgs both negative I have also had numerous blood tests ruling out ra auto immune disorders and a bone scan test due to the stiffness I am getting increasingly worried thinking that the private doctors would have missed something as simple as a herniated disk or other problem and maybe now I have irreversible damage the only test which came up was a vit d deficiency but I can't imagine my symptoms are due to that I am a type 1 diabetic who's control is good only been diabetic for 5 years all my back pain started out of the blue and ever since then I have been becoming increasingly disabled by it if anyone has expexperienced this or knows what it might be I am interested ms and Parkinson's has been ruled out and so has other stuff could a herniated disk cause all these symptoms ? I worry also about nerve damageReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
