Help 23 years old in pain !!!

For the last two years I have been suffering with severe and I mean severe stiffness in my hips knees lower back I can't walk sometimes I'm that stiff I have had a complete work up of 3 mris of my lumbar and brain so ms and Parkinson's have been ruled out apparently there is no herniations or damage to spinal cord or disks I have seen a neurologist as I am numb from waist down but have full bladder and bowel function the emgs were negative I have also got diabites type 1 which is controlled iv only had diabites 5 years I have also had full blood test for ana and ra the only blood test which was shown is vit d defiency but I don't think this is causing all my pains I also suffer from depression anxiety and hypercondria but I am assured these symptoms are real it effects me everyday I am in constant pain recently I have been having jerky movemnts which I am not sure why if anyone has any idea as to what's happening to me please give me some information I am worried about nerve damage but I don't think nerves can cause stiffness I am also now thinking that maybe the doctors missed something on my scans :/
