i had a soccer game today and afterwards my hand and wrist were hurting but i dont remember doing anything to it to cause this pain. it has gotten worse since then. it runs from about mid-hand to just below that bump on the outside of your arm. every time i move my arm or wrist it hurts really badly. it looks like it is just a little swollen but its hard to tell. also, if i let my arm drop so that it is hanging by my side i get really sharp pains throught my hand and forearm. what should i do? and should i go to a doctor or is it something i can take care of at home?
