I am 28 years old and for the past week and a half I have been experiencing aching all up and down my legs. They ache when I am at rest and seem to be worse at night. I have trouble sleeping because of it. I do exercise once a week and walk about 1/2 mile a day in the city. But this does not feel like excercise pain / aching. It aches from my buttocks down to my feet. The sensation feels like I need to stretch the muscles out, but when I do, it still aches. It also feels like a sensation that I have been sitting for a long time, but I have not. I have tried walking it off and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any ideas of what it is and what I can do?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
