I am 28 years old and for the past week and a half I have been experiencing aching all up and down my legs. They ache when I am at rest and seem to be worse at night. I have trouble sleeping because of it. I do exercise once a week and walk about 1/2 mile a day in the city. But this does not feel like excercise pain / aching. It aches from my buttocks down to my feet. The sensation feels like I need to stretch the muscles out, but when I do, it still aches. It also feels like a sensation that I have been sitting for a long time, but I have not. I have tried walking it off and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any ideas of what it is and what I can do?

Did you ever have a diagnosis done for Fibro? The sleeping thing would also be part of the pattern ................ you should read up on the net about it, lots of information about this condition on web - and so find a doctor that will talk to you about it. • Hi there, nice to be of help. I have been treated for Fibro for over a year, but i have other things going on that may not be Fibro, but having studied it for over a year, know a lot about it. They can test for Fibro by checkin all the points on the body. This is possibly the only diagnosis there is. Its such a widespread condition, but so unknown in the medical world, apart from those that care enough about people to look into it. Its not an east one to deal with , but there are things you can to to relieve it - believe me, I have read every...........article on t net about it. Theres also an association in t States that i have joined that give so much information on this condition and is a great source of help. Please go & get a diagnosis, then I will tell you where to go to get information. Anything ~I can do to help I will. I was with my specialist today, & i have other things going on that I am having tests for, but having gone down the road of thinking that was what I had, you know - I would so wish that was what I had.........dont mean to go on - but my stuff is bit more complicated...........Please feel free to talk to me anytime about stuff. Doctors dont talk about 'things', they only give you the bear necessities - those that have the condition know so much more.Good luck, and will help you in any way ~I can.......... Take Care - Goldi.
