Need help! Im 27 and weigh 165lbs

ok heres my problem i have heard similar situation but nothing quite like mines. For the last year and a half i have had maybe 7 episodes of what i can only describe. I wake up early in the morning to a full body stiffness, my neck, back, whole arm, and my buttocks thighs and cavs get it the worst. Where i literally cannot lift a foot out of bed. My muscles are completely sore (like i had and extreme workout day prior) when i try to get comfortable and move my leg a particular position my leg would spaz and stiffen creating an unbearable pain. I can only move my arms as much as it hurts its all i got. If it wasnt for my wife literally lifting me onto the toilet seat i would have gone in place, my legs where basically given completely out as if i was paralyzed.... Then slowly i will begin to regain strength, slowly stood up, to taking baby steps, to finally walking. It goes away in 3-5 hours till i feel fully normal.

The first time it happened i try to get out of bed and i fell to the ground. I lifted my upper body on to the bed but i could not lift my self completely on for the life of me. Finally i got my wife to pick me up i didnt know what was going on with my body and till this day dont. I need advice and help if anyone can explain what is going on with me.

Thank you
