this may sound silly but i am just back from a holiday, and during my holiday i was wearing flip flops now at some stages my foot became very sore and i assumed it was because the flip flops have no real support, the pain feels like its comin from the base of my foot. since i have been back home it has given me nothing but bother it is currently swollen and i am not able to apply pressure to the base of my foot. i didnt fall or go over my foot in any way the only reason i can think of would be the flip flops. would anybody be able to shead some light on this? would it just be the tendons or severe muscle strain?
please help me!
