It started out a while ago as calf pain and numbness. Now it is in my feet. It is at its worst when I get up in the morning. My feet hurt to walk on them and when I first get up it is like I am breaking something inside my foot, especially the left one. Usually after a while it starts to go away but my left foot hurt all day today. There is a very tender spot above the ball in my foot in the middle below the toes.

  • sounds like facsiitis...dr tells me to ice my feet...as awful as that sounds it does help...the pain on the ball at base of toe could be morton's neuroma...i had cortisone shot for that, didn't help so had it surgically removed...helped but the nerve stem has grown back after about 10 years and is bothering me again
