I had fifth diseases 9yrs. ago. I have never been the same. I used to workout and run all the time which left me feeling wonderful. Now I try to push through a workout and only feel more tired after. I was 3 months pregnant when I was diagnosed with 5th disease. All three of my children had it too. I was caring for my mother who had lung caner at the time. When I took her to her chemo treatments, the oncology ward was always crowded, so I would sit in the ward next store (infectious disease ward) What was I thinking and what was a hospital not thinking, I guess everyones health is compromised anyways. Long story short, I delivered a still born baby girl (on my 39th birthday). I was being monitored throughout my pregnancy but obviously not close enough, because of fifth disease. I had blood work done for 5 months after which still showed up in blood work. Nine years later, I still have aches and pains. Once again, Iv never been the same.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
