For about 2 months I have gradually been having more intense pain in my left elbow. It has got to the point that my arm is drawing up and I can not fully extend it nor bend it up to button my shirt. I've had tennis elbow before but this is ten times the pain of that. About a year ago a small bump developed right on the tip of the elbow. I could not touch it for the pain, I have never injured this arm and no medication seems to help. Thank You, rooks

  • I noticed no one replied to your post. I have had the same thing for the past couple months except my pain has traveled, its been pretty much both my shoulders and elbows but lately its been real intense in was my right elbow for a while, then my right shoulder, now its my left shoulder. its worse when I lay down and wake up, i'm so stiff and it hurts so bad I can hardly get up. I lay in bed last night crying...it felt like poison was flowing through my joints. I'm looking into it being possibly a food allergy since I took up snacking on flour tortillas a couple months ago when it started. (I know that sounds weird but its the only dietary change i've made). I'm a female in my mid-30s. I do exercise regularly and do light weightlifting but I've had to give that up. I used to have pains in my knees and hips but that went away and now its my upper body. I have no lumps or bumps on my joints though. Please let me know how your elbow pain is and if it went away.
