I work in the food service industry, I'm typically on my feet ten to twelve hours a day - the last few months I have been having terrific pain in my lower extremities.

* SHARP pain in left/right big toes
* SHARP pain in the left/right ankles
* pain in the arch of my feet
* sharp knee pain

I have tried all kinds of orthopedic ideas - doctor scholls shoes, heel/arch supports. I don't know whether this is something I can continue trying to deal with myself or if I should just see a rheumotologist or a podiatrist
