Chronic bone pain all day

I am 17 and over the last couple of months have developed chronic bone pain all over my body. It started off quite mild, so I didn't think much of it, but it keeps getting worse. I'm struggling to continue my day to day life especially as I have other medical conditions aswell. To which I have actually been called a medical mystery by my doctors.
I have not been to the doctors with the pain yet, as whenever I mention it to my mother she just answers there is nothing they could do.

So, please if you could give me advice on what to do or what it could be?
