Hi everyone new here!
About a week ago while trying to fall asleep (I sleep on my right side with arm under pillow) I got this light pain of my muscles being pulled/stretched on my shoulder. It wasnt bothersome untill now. now it hurts if I even try and raise it to high like to stretch. Well the pain is always there but doesnt always hurt unless I try to do something that might strain it and I definitly cant sleep on my right side anymore.
Some people have said maybe i pulled something, a sist(sp), carpal tunnel. I havent done anything to pull a muscle or anything and I have always slept on my right side since I can remember. It just started out of the blue:( does anyone know what this could be?
