a few days I noticed I couldn't point my right foot up towards the sky while standing. My left foot is fine and moves 360 degrees. My right moves in all directions except up. The most it goes is perpendicular to my shin. I have no pain or anything...just like the muscles that point the foot up are now gone. I've tried stretching, massaging, bending, resting, just about everything. Nothing is making any difference. Anyone got any advice?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
