Saw a nurologist and he diagnosed Chronic musculoskeletal pains with paraesthesias and radiculopathy related to wear and tear in the neck and low back. Gait rather functional (would like this explained please)

x-rays showed considerable wear and tear in the Cervical spine and in the lumbarsacral spine and some wear and tear in Thoracic spine. Also have scoliosis of the thoracis and lumbar spine.

Given Gabapentin and Amitriptyline

Thanks for your help
