i woke up in morning with soreness in right calf. By afternoon it was hard to walk. Waking up next day was worse. Can't walk properly (limping) and bending foot up or down really hurts. Didn't do anything to strain the calf muscles, now i am just limping around and avoiding walking or going upstairs, can't seem to bend the foot/leg like normal. (don't know if this makes sense but it sure hurts...)

  • My daughter woke up one day to find her calf muscles were tight accompanied by tingling and weakness. She had applied ice and heat but nothing worked. She elevated them but the next day the stiffness and her ability to walk comfortably was almost gone. Could anyone help us cause this problem is not in her head. She is not into sports or any accidents.
