Bilateral Knee Symptoms

I am an 18 year old female with no history of injuries. For about 6 months I have been experiencing bilateral knee symptoms, as follows:

Pain (feels like it's in the bone, then spreads to lower legs)
Burning (sometimes accompanied by red skin, feels like it's under the skin)
Itching (usually make worse in the shower, and though it's not possible it feels like the itching is in the bone, and it cannot be relieved by scratching)

I am a dancer (ballet including pointe, and Irish) and I take fencing, but the symptoms don't seem to be related, though I do not want to rule out the possibility. I have been dancing since I was 3 and just started experiencing the knee symptoms several months ago. I also did not start fencing until a few months after the symptoms appeared.

Thanks for any and all help!
