As I'm laying in my bed waiting to fall asleep at night, I will sometimes a back spasm, if that's the right word. I will feel a paintful jolt spread along my spine which will make me tense. I have to then move into a different position because if I don't, I won't be able to relax again. Also, I've started to notice a stiffing befoer the jolt hits, so I'm warned, but I can't stop them. I get them probably five times a week, and generally only once a night. They're not terribly annoying, but I'm not sure if they could be a sign of something worse. Any help?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
