Hello, excuse my english in advance, I'm not native speaker.
My story goes like this, I have lower left back pain, I have searched and it looks like the sciatic nerve is the one that hurts, when I sit down, I feel like the nerve at my rear is being pressed, I also have pain when I'm urinating, kind of a burning sensation and right now for example, my left testicle feels a bit sore, sensible to touch, I have the idea that the nerve being pressed is somehow connected with the nerves around my genitals and thats why it hurts when I'm urinating.
The pain gets worse when I walk or simply stand up for say, 1 hour or walk about 20 mins. It's very weird that I also have lower bowel inflammation at the exact same spot my back hurts, only i feel the pain on my abdomen. The doctors I have seen, which are many tend to say that I have 2 problems since colitis does not lead to back pain, are they right? Both problems started the same day and when the inflammation finally reached the right side of my abdomen, I started to feel back pain on my right side!
I Have been like this for 2.5 years and I have seen many doctors, last one I saw was a psychologist and right now I'm on cymbalta (for depression, 60mg and this is my 8th day) they told me It's all on my head wich at this point i think anything can be true. I'm only 25 years old and it's very difficult to do some excersise to relieve depression stress and control my weight since it will hurt all day if i do that, I'm not obese but almost, I am around 45 punds over my wieght. Do you think that losing weight is the solution?
I have had all kind of tests, all negative, blood, urine, echography, etc. The only thing left is a MRI or electromyography I guess.
