I had pain start in left arm when extended and raised, mostly in bicep at first then went to forearm and hands get achy when I bend fingers, then notice looks puffed out under my arm and feels grabby and pinch like there. Now pain has moved to other arm, certain movements really hurt sometimes touching hurts too but the sore spots move around,. I have had two doctors look, they feel no gland or lumps under the arms, am now on predisone for 7 days which is a steroid and has helped some but not all. What is this? I am 56, male fit, work out and eat right. I have 11 year old girl and hope I can go back to being a playful dad again. Help me for any idea.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
