Mt son lays on his back to sleep with arms folded on chest. When wakes up both arms are numb. He had recently done several pullups and pushups while being out of shape. Could this have caused it, or is it something more sinister?

  • Usually occurs from nerve compression when sleeping. If it happens a lot, suggest he go see a chiropracter. The chiropracter will check to insure spine is fine and then will give him a exercise to do, to adjust his "sleeping arm"
