I'm a 34 year old Irish Yoga Teacher, and I've spent the last 3 years investigating ways to improve my posture.
I found that most of my problems stemmed from tension in my head, and this caused tension the whole way down my back.
So I developed a 15 minute exercise to improve flexibility and the range of motion of the spine. You just need to be able to stand up and move your head and neck.
