The other night when I got into bed my partner accidently knelt on my foot whilst it was lying on its side, now I can't put my weight on it and its agonising just below the ankle. The pain shoots up my leg and round to my achilles heel. There is no bruising or swelling so I'm not entirely sure whats wrong with it and the pain isn't easing up at all.
