Alright, for a month now i've been experiencing strange pains in both of my hands. I'm unsure whether it is Tendonitis, Carpel Tunnel or something else. Because from what I have read it doesnt really match up with both tendonitis or Carpel Tunnel.
Now, just a breif history back, Around 3 years ago I had crushed my right hand at work that ended up causing a hairline fracture on the metacarpel that connects to my little finger. (Which is now crooked when relaxed)
After healing, aside from the crooked finger i've never had any issues with it, no pain or anything until just recently.
Now, to the details. on the surface of my right hand I have a numb soreness that runs along the area from my wrist to my index finger, i've found that i have a hard lump just an inch up from my wrist deep under the skin. it doesnt squish or anything like that, its just really firm and half an inch in width. along with that, i experience fatigue/numbness in the wrist joint itself and mild pain along the area where i had damaged my metacarpal and sometimes a pain near the back of my elbow and in that area.
For my left hand, its just a fatigue of the wrist and mild pain along the digits, primarily the joints at the end of the fingers and the middle joints.
As for what I do, I play the piano, accordion, draw and type a lot, so i'm sure this all has to contribute to this. And physically, i'm a bit overweight and 19 years of age if that helps.
