each time i walk or pull something, my upper abdominal muscle gets tight and i am unable to continue with my work. doctors suspect if had over exercised couple of years back and if the stomach muscle gets enlarged when it is strained. i also have got a compression disk fracture possibly by doing agressive stomach crunches during the same period.
doctor cannot confirm why i am getting the muscle problem. can anybody give some advice. will an MRI scan help to detect the problem ?
