Hi, recently as in the past month or so I've noticed a rather loud grinding sound coming from my forearm just below my elbow when ever I apply any kind of direct pulling pressure, mainly doing pullups or lifting a dumbbell. Its in my right arm and im right handed. I also havent sustained any injury to it and even though I can feel and hear the grinding sound it doesnt hurt. If anything its starting to worry me.

I will say on a seperate yet related note ive also got pains in my right knee after spending time on it during towards mid day. It not a pain that increases if I apply pressure but rather just hurts anyway the more i walk on it throughout the day but can sometiems vanish when I dont realise it and come back later on.

Also have pains in my right shoulder after alot of lifting but I also pegged that for not completing my medication that I was given after I had a suspected fluid sack build up in the shoulder socket a few years ago.

I know its alot of info but the main thing I was concerned with was the Forearm, if anyone could give me any ideas of whats causing it or any suggestions in what course of action I should take. I am not one to go to the GP or Hospital etc untill a problem is really serious but if its advised I will.

Thanks for any replies
