tightness in ribs, pain behind eye, numbness, help

I'm a fifteen year old female and I have been getting severe pain and tightness in my ribcage, extreme pain behind one of my eyes, eyesight becoming more blurry, losing peripheral vision in one eye, if I try and walk anywhere I black out and feel dizzy, my thoughts have been really cloudy, it seems like I'm dyslexic now, I mix up words and forget things all the time, I'll get numbness from my feet to my hip and won't be able to walk for about 10-15 minutes, really bad fatigue, needing extra sleep to function, muscle spasms all over, and tingling in legs. I was wondering if it could be ms? I get all these symptoms for a few weeks at a time and then they leave and come back. I was going to get tested for fibromyalgia for pain and stiffness but I was looking up reasons for the pain behind my eye and I found out it was a symptom for ms. So then I read about multiple sclerosis and have several symptoms of it. Plus I live in the mid-west of the US, and i'm a female so my chances are pretty high. Could this be something else? Has anyone with MS experienced these symptoms?
