MRI Test Results

I received my MRI results of my brain and spine about a month ago, taken because I was experiencing some dizziness/light headedness. These were the findings:

"Within deep white matter of left parietal lobe, there are few small T2 hyperintense signals perpendicular to corpus callosum. These are suspicious for multiple sclerosis plaques."

My doctor didn't sound too concerned that it was MS, but said he wasn't sure. He told me to come back in 6 moths for another MRI. The part that says "Suspicious for multiple sclerosis plaques" my doctor said not to worry about because he gave the test for MS, and all the papers were checking for MS.

I was wondering what other people thought about this, maybe MS, something else or nothing? Today my dizziness is pretty much gone, but I am having some slight tingling in a very small spot on my left calf, and the same sensation in the middle of my back. I feel like the reason I am noticing this is just because I am so worried about it. Input would be appreciated. Thank you :)

PS: I do not get migraines, I am 21 years old, male, and have never hit my head or had a brain injury.
