Major bowel problems..

I have Multiple Sclerosis and is PPMS..ever since day 1 with this disease having a bowel movement has been very hard..i been on just about everything..miralax to amitiza etc..none of those work anymore,and now I have to take stimulant laxatives to go..my doctor said do what works,you dont want it backing up..every week i go less and less..lucky if i go 3 times a week..the main problem of going is my buttocks is so numb! anyone have any suggestions? thank you so much.:);)
