this person has a white substance on her tongue, much like plaster of paris, thick and wet chalky, bad odor, NOT yeasty, more acidic..
her gums are also turning extremely white, she wouldn't show me, but I have a feeling its pretty severe..

She has been tested by dentists in the past, it is NOT thrush/yeast infection, and is not gingivitus..

any help would be wonderful

  • If this condition has been there longer than two weeks, or if the area has gotten bigger.... your friend may need to get some blood work and a biopsy of the lesion by an oral surgeon. Especially if the area does not hurt. It seems strange that she has been to a dentist but no diagnosis. Makes no sense. That is why biopsy and blood work is needed.
