Trouble opening mouth

I am lately experiencing trouble in opening my mouth.I used to chew tobacco and areca nut.What should be done to improve the condition. I have stopped all the habits. Is there some sort of exercise I could do to improve the condition? Thanks

  • Hi!See your doctor. Stop smoking or using other tobacco products to help prevent oral cancers. See your dentist if sharp or rough teeth or dental work are causing irritation.
