Six months ago, I suddenly lost my ability to taste. I saw my primary doctor who referred me to an otolaryngologist who diagnosed silent reflux. I have been taking prevacid 30mg 2x per day. I also saw a gastroenterologist who confirmed acid reflux. A neurologist ruled out tumors. I still have daily heartburn and acid reflux despite watching my diet. I have lost 45 lbs and despite taking a multivitamin am fatigued most days. What should I do next?
