Tongue problems

Starting after I noticed a bump under my tongue, I haven't been able to move it without pain. It feels like the line (under tongue in center) is going to snap or something. I can't extend my tongue like usual without feeling like I'm stretching something too far... It just started suddenly and I would like to know why. Thank you.

  • I have a cell phone, which I don't use as often as I should, but I still use it and when I do I stay on for a while. I also use my house phones which are all cordless. The only other electronics I use are my computer and television, and my ipod. I am almost always at my computer, but I don't believe I have any electromagnetic sensory problems.
