Thick tongue and swallowing

Had surgery may 2nd on cervical spind and disc removal , after surgery swallowing difficuly which continues , during surgery found enterroccoccus infecion in disc and am on gentamicin and unacyn home in fusion for 4 weeks , have to throw up a lot of mucous ,and wake up not being able to breathe , any help would be appreciated
