Mouth Lump

I have a lump in my mouth. It is located in the cheek tissue about 1.5 inches below the lip.

The lump is firm and irregular when felt by the tongue. The lump seems to disappear during the night and return during the day. I went to the Dentist 3 days ago and he indicated all my mouth tissue is Normal.

I was thinking it could be a blocked salivary duct.

Is anyone aware of what it could be?
