Blister on lip

Night before last my bottom lip and chin area below the lip started itching. I looked in the mirror and notice 3 small ( less than a pin mark) pimple like risens. I refused to scratch them and thought maybe something bit me. I woke up the next morning and my lips was swelling and the bumps turned into one really big blister. My bottom lip is VERY chapped, the gland under my chin is sore and swelling on the same side the blister, and I feel VERY tired and get hot easy. Not sure what it is? I have never had ANY cold sores or herpes any where and was just tested for STDs about 3 months ago. I am in a relationship I have been in for 5 years. He does not have it and I have never seen him with one. We live together and have for the past 4 years. We travel ALOT the most recent was last weekend. We also visit casinos and go to the Bahamas ALOT. What the heck could I have? Maybe I picked up a virus at the casino??
